Ich habe dies in einem meiner geliebten Kochbücher gefunden und als Einleitung zu meinem Blog gewählt, weil ich der Meinung bin, das wir uns mit einer gewissen Langsamkeit auf den Weg machen müssen , um das Schöne und Ursprüngliche wieder zu entdecken. I found this in one of my beloved cookbooks and used it as an introduction to my blog, because I think we need to be slow to rediscover the beauty and the original. Out of the events of our everyday life, into a peace that leads to individual relaxation for each of us. Only then can we recognize with our hearts the beautiful and precious things of life again.

J’ai trouvé cela dans l’un de mes livres de cuisine bien-aimés et je l’ai choisi comme introduction à mon blog parce que je crois que nous devons ralentir pour retrouver le beau et l’original. Sorti des évènements de notre quotidien, dans un calme qui mène à la détente individuelle pour chacun de nous.

Ce n’est qu’alors que nous pourrons reconnaître les choses belles et précieuses de la vie avec notre cœur.

Kuhfluchtwasserfälle in Farchant…

Ein Ausflugsziel auch für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Man braucht keine große Ausrüstung. Vielleicht feste Schuhe und wer höher den Berg hinauf möchte, sollte Wanderstöcke mitnehmen.

Am besten kommt man dort hin, wenn man in Farchant von der Hauptstraße in die Bahnhofstraße fährt. Vorbei am Alten Wirt, über die Bahnschranke und dann fast gerade über die Loisachbrücke. Nach der Brücke biegt man links in den Kuhfluchtweg, der als Sackgasse angezeigt wird. Hier findet man einen kostenlosen Parkplatz, der auch direkt der Ausgangspunkt ist.

Eigentlich wollte ich ja früher los, aber der Kaffee und Kuchen beim Wildkaffee in der Bahnhofstraße in Garmisch hat mich ein bisschen aufgehalten. Mit einem Hauskuchen und Cappuccino gestärkt bin ich dann erst am Nachmittag losgegangen. Für die Wanderung reicht auch ein Nachmittag.

Für Familien ist dieser Ausflug eine tolle Sache. Man kann die Kinder sausen lassen und wer einen Hund hat kann ihn auch mitnehmen. Man geht vom Parkplatz los durch ein Gatter und ist in einer herrlichen natürlichen Landschaft. Den Weg kann man auch vom Warmbad Farchant beginnen. Für Kinder gibt es einen Waldlehrpfad mit allerlei Interessanten Dingen zum Thema Natur und Berge. Die Wege sind schön angelegt und überall gibt es die Möglichkeit auf einer Bank auszuruhen und die Landschaft zu genießen. Es ist bei weitem nicht so überlaufen und man findet für Alt und Jung jede Menge zu entdecken. Man befindet sich eigentlich über dem Tunnel Farchant.

Wenn man ein Stück gegangen ist, sieht man den Kuhfluchtgraben mit den beginnenden kleinen Wasserfällen, Strudeln und eine kleine Brücke. Beim nächsten Gatter befindet sich auch ein großer Sandkasten. Sauber und ordentlich ist er. Also für die Kleinsten ein Paradies.

Man kann nun einen wunderschönen Weg an der rechten Seite des Wasserlaufes hinaufgehen. Überall gibt es die Möglichkeit auf spektakuläre Abenteuer zu schauen oder hinunter ans Wasser zu gehen. Teilweise schattig, dann wieder sonnige Abschnitte.

Auf jeden Fall sollte man hinauf bis zur Brücke über den Graben gehen und dann noch hoch die Metalltreppe. Dort oben ist dann ein Handlauf mit einem Stahlseil. Einfach entlang gehen. Oben gerade aus wird man mit einem Blick auf den oberen Wasserfall belohnt. Wer will kann von dort aus noch in Richtung Weilheimer Hütte weiterwandern. Man braucht hier mindestens 4 Stunden ab Farchant für die Weilheimer Hütte. Es gibt auf dem Weg noch einen Aussichtspunkt. Empfehlenswert sind hier schon vernünftige Wanderschuhe und Wanderstecken.

Also insgesamt sind es 3 große Wasserfälle, die zusammen eine sogenannte Fallhöhe von ca. 270 mtr ergeben. Somit gehören die Kuhfluchtwasserfälle zu den höchsten in Deutschland.

Der Name „Kuhflucht“ leitet sich wahrscheinlich aus dem lateinischen von den Römern ab: „ confluctum“. Das Wasser kommt aus dem Plateau zwischen Krottenkopf und Simetsberg und mehreren Karstquellen. Zusammen sind das ca. 1.500 ltr pro Sekunde. Also 15 normale Badewannen pro Sekunde gefüllt. Die Hauptquelle ist die Kuhfluchtquelle. Sie entspringt aus einer Abschlußwand die gut 200 mtr hoch ist. Man sieht das sehr schön unten am Ortsrand von Partenkirchen kommend.

In any case, you should go up to the bridge over the ditch and then go up the metal stairs. Up there is a handrail with a steel cable. Just go along. At the top you will be rewarded with a view of the upper waterfall. If you want you can continue from there in the direction of Weilheimer hut. It takes at least 4 hours from Farchant for the Weilheimer Hütte. There is another lookout point on the way. Recommended are here already reasonable hiking boots and hiking trails.
